What happens after you submit
We will use the email address you provide to identify your Silo account and may contact you to verify the request before deleting data. Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.
When an account deletion request is processed, we delete the user account profile and associated app data, including preparedness plans, household details, saved settings and app-generated records associated with the account. Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.
